Sheridan Ward is a contemporary British artist known for her expressive and atmospheric paintings, often inspired by the landscape and natural environment. Based in Pembrokeshire Wales, her work reflects a strong sense of place, capturing the shifting light, colour and mood of her surroundings.

Working in oil with a limited palette, Sheridan uses layered colour and intuitive mark-making to create compositions that balance structure with spontaneity. Her paintings evoke both movement and stillness, inviting the viewer into a more contemplative and immersive experience.

Her work has been exhibited across the UK and is held in private collections. At The Lion Street Gallery, we are pleased to present Sheridan Ward as part of our programme supporting contemporary artists from Wales and the Borders.

Sheridan's work is increasingly sought after by collectors of contemporary British art, particularly those interested in landscape painting with a strong emotional and atmospheric quality.
