• The Hay Festival art exhibitions at the gallery and in the Swan Hotel walled gardens

  The Hay festival 31st May – 10th June

  The Swan Hotel is hosting an art exhibition during the Hay
  Festival, in their beautiful walled gardens, called ‘The Land’ . The
  exhibition will be curated by The Lion Street Gallery ,who will also be holding
  a mixed show of twenty artists in their gallery in Hay-on-Wye. In the Swan
  Hotel gardens there will be a marquee with contemporary landscape paintings
  from renowned Forest of Dean artists Sally Stafford and Doug Eaton.
  Additionally, there will be a wide range of work from Hay sculptors :Sally
  Mathews, Matthew Atton and Peter Clarke .

  The Swan Hotel show is only 3 minutes walk from the main
  festival site, and is an ideal opportunity to relax with a drink or a bite to
  eat, in the calming atmosphere of the secluded walled gardens.
